Malaysia-based cross-border advisory

Malaysia to the Gulf.
Market entry with local execution.

TGPU Gulf Advisory helps Malaysian businesses explore Saudi Arabia and GCC markets through practical market research, business development, partner sourcing, Arabic localisation, marketplace coordination and cross-border market-entry support.

What we do

Practical support between opportunity and execution.

We do not promise approvals or guaranteed sales. We help businesses understand the route, prepare properly, identify credible partners and move forward with clearer commercial decisions.

01

Market Entry Advisory

Assess product fit, target market, route-to-market options and practical constraints before committing major resources.

02

Business Development

Support commercial outreach, opportunity development and conversations with relevant GCC operators and business contacts.

03

Market Research

Study category dynamics, pricing, competitor positioning, customer expectations and potential go-to-market routes.

04

Partner Sourcing

Identify potential distributors, fulfilment providers, e-commerce operators and local commercial partners.

05

Marketplace Coordination

Support preparation for platforms such as Amazon and Noon, subject to platform eligibility, documentation and approval.

06

Arabic & Localisation

Support Arabic-facing product information, commercial communication and market-appropriate presentation.

07

Regulatory Documentation Coordination

Help organise market-specific documentation requirements while working with specialised partners and relevant authorities.

08

Fulfilment & Logistics Coordination

Connect clients with suitable GCC logistics and fulfilment operators instead of claiming infrastructure we do not own.

09

Malaysia Sourcing Support

For selected international buyers, support supplier research and business-development coordination with Malaysian companies.

Our approach

One market. One product. One controlled pilot.

A disciplined entry process helps reduce unnecessary cost and creates better information before scale.

1

Assess

Understand the business, product, objectives and preferred market.

2

Validate

Review product fit, pricing, competition, documentation and constraints.

3

Connect

Identify suitable local operators, commercial partners or service providers.

4

Pilot

Start with a limited product or commercial test before broad expansion.

5

Learn & Scale

Use real market feedback and commercial evidence to decide the next move.

Primary focus

Saudi Arabia first. Wider GCC where the route is credible.

Saudi Arabia is our primary focus market. We also support selected GCC opportunities where there is a realistic commercial route and suitable local support.
